This Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi) workshop covers: 

The role of Infant Reflexes in the developmental process, together with what happens if these reflexes are still causing challenges

 How to identify when primitive reflexes are not integrated

Rhythmic Movements to integrate the reflexes

Activities & games to introduce movements to children

Developing your own playful activities & games to incorporate to make sure children are ready to fully participate in learning

    Open to parents, classroom / SEN / preschool teachers, sports coaches, childcare workers, nursery workers & anyone wishing to learn about Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi)


Kate Rigby is mother to two lovely young boys one of whom happens to have Down Syndrome. She came across RMT in her path to help her sons, but also found it made a massive positive change to her own life. She works 1-1 with children and adults and loves helping them deal with the challenges they are facing including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, anxiety, anger, difficulties with concentration & focus, problems learning to read & write, and general learning delays.
