Kate Rigby is mother to two lovely young boys one of whom happens to have Down Syndrome. She came across RMT in her path to help her sons, but also found it made a massive positive change to her own life. She works 1-1 with children and adults and loves helping them deal with the challenges they are facing including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, anxiety, anger, difficulties with concentration & focus, problems learning to read & write, and general learning delays.
