Quotes from clients

"I felt heard, nurtured, in a clear therapeutic way, with instant results"

"I have been far more emotionally stable & grounded, & when I am not grounded, I have recognised it.  I have more clarity because I have not rushed into things, & I have kept going even when I didn't want to"

"I uncovered a past thought / feeling that was traumatic to me.  Kate allowed time for me to just be quiet & process this realisation.  Her slow, no rush pace was really helpful & appreciated"

"I have been using my goal by saying it when I feel anxious or worried about something.  I only need to say it 1-2 times before I notice a shift in my thinking"

"I feel very focussed, clear, calm & strong after this session, thankyou"

"Wow! I have felt very calm in conflict situations, and have been very focussed with my communication.  Others have noticed how different I am...calmer & less stressed & it has held"
